Basic Operations
Moving Tasks
Simply drag and drop tasks between columns to change their priority and timing. The Planner automatically adjusts start dates based on the column:
- Moving to Critical → Sets start date to today
- Moving to Opportunity Now → Sets start date to near future
Task Creation
- Click the "+" button in any column
- Enter task details
- The task automatically inherits timing based on its column
- Double-click any column for quick task addition
Reprioritization
- Use the "Needs Planning" column to identify tasks requiring attention
- Keep Critical tasks manageable by moving overflow to Opportunity Now
- Maintain balance by shifting tasks between columns as needed
