Delete your Mind Your Now account

You can delete your Mind Your Now account at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app​

  • iPhone, iPad and Android: open Settings, then tap Delete my account.
  • On the web at app.mindyournow.com: open Settings → Data & Privacy, then choose Delete My Account.

We email you to confirm. You have 30 days to cancel the request; after that, the deletion is final.

By email​

If you can't sign in, email privacy@mindyournow.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity before we delete anything.

What is deleted​

  • Your account, and the tasks, habits, calendar data, notes, grocery lists, chores and Kaia conversations synced to our servers.
  • Your saved Kaia memories and settings.

What stays​

  • Items you shared with a household stay with that household.
  • Records we must keep for legal, fraud-prevention, tax or accounting reasons, such as purchase records. Creem keeps its own payment records as merchant of record.
  • Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
  • Copies and exports already on your own devices stay under your control.
