Mind Your Now Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to products and services sold by Mind Your Now LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company.

1. Web purchases: 30 days, no conditions​

Every purchase made through our website — a one-time license (Mind Your Now Core, Family Pack, or Founder's Edition) or any Kaia subscription payment — can be refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of the charge. No reason needed. Refunds go to the original payment method in the original currency. Paddle, our merchant of record, processes refunds for web purchases. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

2. What a license refund changes​

After a one-time license refund:

  • account features tied to that license, including sync, cloud backup, and future downloads, end;
  • the license cannot be downloaded again or issued to a new device; and
  • an already-issued offline license cannot be remotely erased from a device.

A chargeback may suspend account features while it is investigated and is handled consistently with the final payment outcome.

3. Kaia subscriptions​

Kaia Standard, Premium, and Bring Your Own Key plans can be canceled at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access through that date. Any Kaia payment made within the last 30 days can be refunded under section 1. Canceling Kaia does not affect a software license you purchased outright.

4. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases​

Apple and Google are the sellers for purchases made in their stores, including Mind Your Now Mobile. Their refund rules and procedures apply. Request those refunds directly from the store shown on your receipt.

5. How to request a refund​

For a web purchase, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or email [email protected] from the address used for the purchase. Include the Paddle transaction or order number if available. We aim to review requests within five business days; Paddle controls the time needed for funds and tax reversals to reach the original payment method.
