Mind Your Now now works with Hermes agents
Hermes agents can now work in your Mind Your Now account: read and update your tasks, calendar, habits and lists, and bring Kaia's memories into every conversation. It's the same set of tools as our OpenClaw plugin, rebuilt in Python for Hermes.
What your agent can do
The plugin gives a Hermes agent fourteen tools, each covering one part of Mind Your Now:
- Tasks: list, search, create, update, complete and archive.
- Calendar: read your calendars and create, move or update events.
- Habits, lists and timers: streaks and reminders, shared lists such as groceries, and countdowns or alarms.
- Household: members, chores and their schedules.
- Planning and debriefs: run a plan for your day and read your debriefs.
- Memory: ask Kaia to remember something, or recall what she already knows.
The tool names and actions match the OpenClaw plugin exactly, so a prompt written for one works in the other.
Kaia's memory in every turn
Before Hermes answers a message, the plugin asks Mind Your Now for the memories most relevant to it, up to ten, and adds them to the message. Your agent knows your preferences and routines without being told again. If Mind Your Now can't be reached, the turn goes ahead without them.
Memory recall uses Kaia, so it needs AI data sharing turned on in Settings → Kaia AI.
Set it up
-
In Mind Your Now, open Settings → API Keys and create a key with Full Agent Access.
-
Download the wheel from the latest release on GitHub, then install and enable it:
python -m pip install hermes_mind_your_now-<version>-py3-none-any.whl
hermes plugins enable mind-your-now -
Give the plugin your key:
export MYN_API_KEY='myn_...'Or put it in
~/.hermes/mind-your-now.json. Keep it out of Hermes's sharedconfig.yaml.
The README covers the full tool reference and the directory-drop install.
Open source
The plugin is MIT-licensed and public on GitHub. It talks to Mind Your Now only over HTTPS, stores its credentials readable by your user alone, and strips any key or token from tool results before your agent sees them. You can delete the key in Settings → API Keys at any time to disconnect it.
