Bring your whole household together! Share tasks, grocery lists, and stay organized as a team. Whether you're managing a busy family, coordinating with roommates, or just trying to keep everyone on the same page, Households makes it simple.

Getting Started is Easy! 🚀​

Create Your Household (2 minutes!)​

  1. Open Settings

    • Tap the menu (those three lines)
    • Choose "Household"

  2. Name Your Space

    • Click "Create Household"
    • Give it a fun name! ("The Smith Squad", "Apartment Awesome", "Casa de Chaos")
    • Add a description if you want (totally optional)

  3. You're the Boss!

    • As the creator, you can invite people and manage everything
    • Don't worry, it's super easy

Joining Someone's Household​

Got an invite? Here's what to do:

  1. Check Your Email

    • Look for an invitation from Mind Your Now
    • Click the big friendly button in the email

  2. Accept and You're In!

    • Review the household name
    • Click "Accept Invitation"
    • That's it! You're part of the team

Inviting Your People 👥​

Send Invites in Seconds​

  1. Go to your Household settings
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Type their email address
  4. Add a personal note (like "Welcome to our organized life!")
  5. Hit Send!

What happens next:

  • They get a friendly email
  • The link works for 7 days (for security)
  • You can always send another if needed

Managing Your Crew​

See Who's In:

  • Check the Settings tab for all members
  • See when they joined
  • Everyone gets their own color and icon (so fun!)

Need to Remove Someone?

  • Only owners can do this
  • Just click "Remove" next to their name
  • They'll lose access right away

Who Can Do What? 🔑​

If You're the Owner:​

  • Invite and remove members

  • Delete the household (if needed)

If You're a Member:​

Need to Make Changes? 🔧​

Update Your Household​

  • Change the name or description anytime
  • Reorder how members appear
  • Adjust notification settings

Leaving a Household​

If you're a member:

  1. Go to Household > Settings
  2. Click "Leave Household"
  3. Confirm you want to leave
  4. You'll lose access to shared features

If you're the owner:

  • Transfer ownership to someone else first
  • Then you can leave
  • OR use "Dissolve Household" to close it completely

Closing Down​

Only owners can dissolve a household:

  1. Go to Household > Settings
  2. Click "Dissolve Household"
  3. Confirm (this can't be undone!)
  4. Everyone loses access and data is saved for 30 days

  • Check spam/junk folders
