47.3.0 — A task page that asks one question

Version 47.3.0 rebuilds creating a task on your phone around a single question — when do you want to see this? — and makes discussing a task with Kaia actually about the task again.

✨ New

  • The when-first task page. Creating or editing a task on mobile now leads with one question: when do you want to see this? Swipe the day strip — Today, Tomorrow, Weekend, or further out — and watch your task land in the matching urgency zone. Tap a zone instead and the date follows. The Priority dropdown is gone: when you see a task is how important it is, so there's nothing left to agonize over.
  • Comments say who wrote them. Task comments can now come from Kaia or from Mind Your Now itself — and each one is labelled honestly with its own look, so you always know whether a note came from a person, from Kaia, or from the system.

🛠 Improved & fixed

  • Discuss with Kaia knows the task again. Tapping Discuss on a task now opens a session dedicated to that task — labelled with its title, resuming your earlier discussion where it left off, aware of what changed on the task since you last talked, and connected to related memories and past conversations.
  • Sessions open where you expect. Click any session in the drawer and it opens with its full history, what you type goes to the session you're looking at, and resuming a session restores its context.
  • See Kaia work, everywhere. The live view of what Kaia is doing during a voice call — "Checking your tasks", "Updating 25 tasks" — now appears on every surface, including the compact top bar on mobile.
  • Daily Compass failures explained. Fixed a configuration issue that could make Daily Compass generation fail with certain AI models — and if generation ever does fail, the notification now tells you what went wrong in plain language instead of showing raw technical output.
