56.3 — Offline, done properly

Version 56.3 fixes the places where working with no internet fell short.

🛠 Improved & fixed​

  • Adding tasks offline saves them. With no internet, the "Add a task" bar said a task was added but didn't save it. It now saves to your device right away and syncs when you're back online.
  • Chores work offline. Checking off a chore with no internet no longer snaps back with an error, and the Chores screen keeps your household's chores after you reopen the app offline.
  • Fewer false alarms. The "data may be out of date" warning no longer appears just because you're offline.
  • Owners stay fully offline. If you own Mind Your Now, the app no longer checks our servers for offers while you're using it offline.
